If your refund request is related to the condition of a product, we kindly ask that you provide a photo so we can advise the most suitable resolution. Please note that return postage costs are not covered unless the issue was due to an error on our part. We encourage all customers to contact us first so we can find the best solution.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to provide a replacement or a refund. To do so, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
